Application Support Analyst - SAP Billing

Position Overview

National Billing System programme objective is to achieve a common charging and billing system across the nation's public health institutions (PHIs). BT is one of the 3 critical programmes under Healthcare IT Master Plan (HITMAP). Together with two other national programmes, that delivers a common system to handle discharge and outpatient dispensing across PHIs, the 3 programs combined will provide a better patient journey from engagement, treatment to drug dispensing and billing.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide applications troubleshooting and on-site support to users.
• Log, escalate and follow through with issues raised by users.
• Support in the testing and installation of new applications and enhancement patches.
• Attend to FAQs for users on the use of application.
• Coordinate activities to identify, diagnose and rectify problems
   

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years’ experience in Business Analyst/ IT Support will be advantageous
• Prior experience in system troubleshooting is highly advantageous.  
• Good verbal and written communication skills
