Position Overview

Working within NGEMR Deployment team, the role will provide IT Support and assist with incident resolution. During NGEMR go-live, the IT SA will be expected to support Call Centre to log, escalate and follow through with issues raised by users via telephone or email. When not in go-live mode, the IT SA will be deployed to support in other NGEMR work streams such as application testing, device testing and user login verification.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide applications troubleshooting and on-site support to users.
  • Log, escalate and follow through with issues raised by users.
  • Support in the testing and installation of new applications and enhancement patches.
  • Attend to FAQs for users on the use of application.
  • Assist with the co-ordination in administration matters such as project documentation and facilitation of project meetings.

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in Helpdesk / IT Support will be advantageous
  • Professional Certificate / NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology.
  • Prior experience in system / desktop troubleshooting is highly advantageous.  
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to work in shifts and at on-site locations as required
