Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitates IT strategy planning and IT masterplanning.
- Orchestrates IT annual and quarterly business planning.
- Tracks projects from budget submission to approvals, implementation and post-implementation reviews.
- Presents summary reports and facilitates prioritisation and approval conversations at senior IT leadership committees.
- Manages and improves project management office (PMO) processes in partnership with strategic partner and stakeholders.
- Structures and manages the PMO support for NUHS Cluster, Institutions and IT Portfolios, working in close partnership with Group Chief Information Officer, Institutions Chief Information Officers, IT Portfolio Owners and business finance.
- Leads and mentors team of PMO staff in solid-line and dotted line relationships to achieve above outcomes.
- Reports to Head of Strategy & Plans, Group IT Office
Requirements
- 20 years experience in business or IT functions.
- 5 years in a project management office (PMO) function.
- IT governance experience is preferred.
- Understanding of IT landscapes, domains and high level architecture is preferred.
- Experience in the Healthcare IT sector is an advantage.
- Relevant project management or enterprise architecture certification is an advantage.
- IT Portfolio management experience is an advantage.
- Management consulting or process consulting experience is an advantage
