Position Overview

Demand Management (Master planning office) is responsible for establishing common source of truth for Synapxe business pipelines such as workplan prioritisation, budget analysis and demand and supply reviews. This team provide visibility on Synapxe business units’ performance through regular management reporting, including demand conversion.


The DM team will streamline governance and process to ensure systemic sources of truth (SSOT) are in alignment to corporate and stakeholder requirements. This scope requires to identify key sensors for management reporting, and to work closely with the business heads and key stakeholders to support sustainable operations and partnership engagements.

 

We are looking for experienced personnel to plan, manage, drive and deliver MPO-DM initiatives. The candidate will work with cross divisions Synapxe staff (eg project managers, entity managers, production support, program & project governance teams), to define and scope each initiative, execute and rollout processes to uplift BAU operations with continuous improvement
 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide business units’ performance through regular management reporting, including demand conversion, management pulse report, regular program & project health reviews from demand and budget planning.
  • Single point of contact as lead for Master Planning Office - Demand Management initiatives; manage work streams to implement process, dashboard or tool, prepare & review management reports, from initiation to adoption with change management and regular follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Drive annual workplan budgeting by working with entity planning office and business owners and product teams.
  • Develop central guidance working with SMEs, prepare demand and supply reviews to baseline annual commitment in readiness to operationalise project actualisation and billin
  • Responsible for the staffing and development of team members, and to promote a culture of quality standards and continuous improvement for operational efficiency and uplift stakeholder competency.

 

Requirements

 

 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent, although consideration will be given to experience and certifications in lieu of degree.
  • Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • At least 12 years of experience in IT industry with strong programme and project management background
  • Preferably in managing programme in a large size organisation operating in a highly complex environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, MS SharePoint Workflow Automation, familiar with ITBM, ServiceNow, with some exposure to related scripting would be an advantage
  • Practitioner who is familiar with IT business operations and performance management and system development life cycle (SDLC) reporting requirements.
  • Ability to work under a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with good analytical & creative skills with a go-getter attitude.
  • Well-developed communication, negotiation and professional writing & presentation skills.
  • Possess leadership skills in people management, and ability to cultivate relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
