Position Overview

Partner WH clinical, operations, and corporate leaders to plan, govern, and deliver digital health programs that advance Healthier SG and Age Well SG objectives, strengthen care integration, and improve patient & staff experience. The role is the bridge between technology and business, ensuring projects meet clinical outcomes, regulatory standards, contractual obligations, and budgetary controls while building trusted relationships across NHG, Synapxe and MOH forums.

Role & Responsibilities

Strategy & Portfolio Management

  • Translate WH corporate and clinical strategies into multi‑year digital roadmaps, balancing KTLO, modernisation, and innovation
  • Shape business cases, outcome KPIs, and value realization for digital health platforms and integration work
  • Maintain portfolio visibility and risk/issue management across programs; prepare materials for decision forums (CITEC, DHMC, DHC)

Program & Project Delivery

  • Drive end‑to‑end delivery: discovery, requirements (business & technical), architecture fit, UX, integration, testing, and go‑live
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, and vendor performance; ensure obligations, milestones, and acceptance criteria are met
  • Coordinate with Synapxe, NHG GCIO and WH stakeholders to secure resources and steer outcomes

Digital Health Platforms & Integration

  • Advance WH onboarding and integration to cluster/national platforms (e.g., EMR, imaging/lab systems, population health systems) including change requests and interface governance
  • Guide solution design for shared care and social prescription pathways; ensure interoperability and data quality

Stakeholder/Vendor Management

  • Engage clinicians, operations, finance, and partners through bilingual communications; run structured steering, working groups, and change forums
  • Manage vendor ecosystems; negotiate contract clauses on privacy, security, IP, service levels, and exit plans

People Leadership

  • Lead cross‑functional teams (direct/indirect), cultivate collective leadership, coach project managers/analysts, and build a culture of safety, learning, and innovation

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT/Health Informatics (or related)
  • Experience: 10–15+ years in digital transformation or healthtech delivery; strong record working with C‑suite and risk committees
  • Domain Knowledge: Population health, care integration, EMR/clinical systems, portals/CRM, data & AI use cases
  • Skills: System + design thinking, stakeholder management, contract & vendor governance
