Position Overview

The Assistant Director will be responsible to develop project plans, schedules and budgets for the migration from on-premise to the cloud. 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, schedules and budgets for the migration from on-premise to the cloud.
  • Build and manage a cross-functional team to execute the migration project.
  • Design and drive Key Performance Indicators to track the progress of projects.
  • Lead, manage and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders and business partners.
  • Track project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project stays on track.
  • Mange project risks and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure effective communication between team members.
  • Ensure projects adhere to government security and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 - 15 years’ experience in developing and implementing largescale IT systems with at least 5 years in leadership role.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, a good team player and strong ability to multi-task.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and able to work under tight timeline.
  • Experience with large scale of cloud transformation project management will be an advantage.
  • Track record of on-time, on-budget and to-specification delivery with the ability to manage end-to-end delivery of solutions.
  • Prior experience in AWS environment (preferably GCC) and Cloud Security
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
