Position Overview
The Assistant Director will be responsible to develop project plans, schedules and budgets for the migration from on-premise to the cloud.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, schedules and budgets for the migration from on-premise to the cloud.
- Build and manage a cross-functional team to execute the migration project.
- Design and drive Key Performance Indicators to track the progress of projects.
- Lead, manage and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders and business partners.
- Track project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project stays on track.
- Mange project risks and resolving issues as they arise.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure effective communication between team members.
- Ensure projects adhere to government security and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 - 15 years’ experience in developing and implementing largescale IT systems with at least 5 years in leadership role.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, a good team player and strong ability to multi-task.
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to work under tight timeline.
- Experience with large scale of cloud transformation project management will be an advantage.
- Track record of on-time, on-budget and to-specification delivery with the ability to manage end-to-end delivery of solutions.
- Prior experience in AWS environment (preferably GCC) and Cloud Security
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
