Position Overview
You will play a vital role as the enabler and integrator to drive the implementation, and management of Synapxe GRC system in Synapxe, and possibly extended to MOHH entities. In this role, you will oversee and drive the setup of the GRC system, be a change agent and continuously increasing Synapxe GRC system maturity and capabilities through active listening and balancing business desires and organizational needs. You will lead a team and collectively to deliver the new capability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Representing the Chief Risk Office and be the overall GRC Programme & Project Lead to integrate and drive GRC systems (e.g. ServiceNow IRM) implementation and adoption across Synapxe.
- Set up the platform for operating the Synapxe central risk registry. Ensure the provision of a holistic and central view of risk (e.g., operational risk, third party risk, compliance risk, etc.) via GRC system; Integrate risk information (e.g., third-party risk, compliance risk).
- Engage, lead and drive alignment in relation to the design, development, implementation, and continuous maintenance GRC system.
- Responsible for the roadmap to lead the transformation of managing risk in the digital era. This requires the transformation of manual, siloed and elimination of inefficient risk management related processes to a set of harmonized processes, automate workflows, enable faster and timely reporting.
- Manage business users to define problem statements, articulate desired business outcomes, and drive business transformation or process re-engineering.
- Manage stakeholders and partner/collaborate with business units across Synapxe and MOHH entities to achieve mutual objectives.
- Drive alignment with all stakeholders and maintain effective working relationships, including peers and MOHH entities’ stakeholders.
- Oversee and exploit the capabilities of GRC systems such as ServiceNow IRMS and deliver the expected values.
- Demonstrate your expertise in GRC system; you are expected to further your own knowledge and improve productivity of your colleagues. This including staying updated on releases, features, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvements.
- Provide leadership and be accountable for the deliverables under the GRC systems programme.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with solid project management skills.
- 10 years’ experience with proven track record of successful GRC solutions implementation and integration with other applications. Candidate must have solid experience in GRC solution, preferably in ServiceNow IRM solution.
- Solid experience in managing teams including, project, operations, and vendors.
- Solid knowledge & experience in governance, risk management (IT and operational risks) and/or compliance, frameworks & standards such as ISO31000 and COSO ERM.
- Project management certification e.g. PMP, CITPM, PRINCE2.
- GRC system certification e.g. at ServiceNow certifications in ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in risk and compliance and ServiceNow System Administrator.
