Position Overview
This role will be expected to drive and manage the Business Requirements and Functional Solution aspects of developing an enterprise solution for the new Vanguard Enterprise and Clincal system to support HR, Finance, Procurement and Clinical services in one of the agencies. The role will also engage with Vanguard stakeholders in the implementation of digitalization and transformations projects, using RPA, no code/low code development and dashboarding. The shortlisted candidate will be based out of Bouna Vista and Senja
Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing the Business Requirements and Functional Solution aspects of developing an enterprise and clinical solution for an IT Project. As the successful candidate, you will be a member of the IT team in Vanguard Nursing Home.
You will also help to advise the organisation on the key ICT trends and best practices locally and internationally to meet the vertical business domain’s objectives. Assess applicability for adoption, manage user requirements, and provide IT solutions to bridge business needs.
You will also be responsible for leading and working transformation projects , such as optimizing business processes, digitalizing process and utilizing analytics to gain insights. This includes technical skills in RPA development, no-code/low-code development and dashboarding.
What to Expect:
- Involve in Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring
- Analyse stakeholders’ needs, scope the problem and develop business case to address the problem
- Assess current state, analyse stated requirements of stakeholders and accurately defines business need within specified scope
- Uncovering and capturing requirements as stories into a master story list
- Build narratives and acceptance criteria for the highest priority stories in upcoming iterations/sprints
- Validate the acceptance tests
- Progressively signoff completed stories with users
- Provide continual feedback to the development team
- Involve in implementation of digitalization and transformation projects
Requirements
- Graduate Degree preferably Computer science
- Experience in Agile will be an advantage
- Consulting or Business Analysis experience
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills
- Has strong technical foundation. Has hands-on experience in application development and data analytics using UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
- Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges
- Results and customer oriented
- Team player with strong organization and people handling skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
