Position Overview

Successful candidate will

  • work with the existing team for assuming primary/secondary support for various application systems
  • perform required KTLO tasks.
  • cross support for multiple institutions
  • system config and/or setup for institutions on-going operational needs

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC with lead project teams
  • Perform user requirement analysis for enhancements to existing systems
  • Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems
  • Involvement in the system integration testing phase prior to implementation
  • Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport
  • Liaise closely with project teams on test case reviews, application testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies
  • Support the team in defining change requirements, tracking and documentation
  • Provide application maintenance support (certain activities may occur after office hours)
  • Liaise closely with interfacing systems users and support teams on routine support issues or enhancements
  • Assist team in Change Approval Board and Pre-commissioning preparations
  • Front users in problem investigations and resolutions
  • Review Vendor SLA reports
  • Create/Update SOPs
  • Support transition phases from project to operations
  • Support Month end closing activities and Monthly batch job monitoring
  • Perform SAP Data Archival on a regular basis
  • Generation of UAM with critical authorization objects and perform roles cleaning as per Audit requirement
  • Support Service Account Password Change, Kerberos SNC Account verification and DR exercise
  • SAP FICO quarterly Co-existence testing onsite at PHIs
  • Perform service requests e.g. batch processing, interface, SFTP settings modification & set up, data extraction & report

Requirements

  • Successful track record in service management, user and vendor management (good to have)
  • Experience in MS Windows environment & application support
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Certification in SAP FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance
  • Experience in SAP FICO is required
  • Experience in SAP FM/GM is an added advantage
