Position Overview

 We are hiring a business analyst for our digital platform team to manage the ongoing and upcoming activities for Healthhub Plus.

The business analyst is expected to 

  • designs and delivers system and data product solutions to improve business efficiency, productivity, and service outcomes
  • initiate research and analysis of business processes, requirements, and technology needs, addressing problems or opportunities in line with organisational goals
  • assess the feasibility of new systems or enhancements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and promoting usability and integration across platforms
  • applies analytical thinking, sees interconnections within systems, and handles complex or ambiguous issues with a structured approach
  • actively engages stakeholders to reach effective, collaborative solutions

Role & Responsibilities

Business Analysis Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and implement the business analysis approach, defining methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Collaborate with PMs and BAs to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Establish governance to monitor progress, track changes, manage risks, and resolve issues.
  • Perform detailed system/product analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Plan and execute stakeholder engagement, including defining roles, decision-making authority, and influence levels.
  • Define and manage communication plans, acceptance criteria, and project scope.

Requirements Analysis & Design

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and needs.
  • Gather and analyse information on new or existing systems/data products, including Telehealth Remote Clinical Monitoring solutions.
  • Conduct current state assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Map and document system interactions, performance, and issues.
  • Support the preparation of business cases and feasibility studies, outlining benefits, risks, and constraints.
  • Document requirements and translate them into solution design specifications.

Requirements Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain alignment between requirements, design, and implemented solutions, ensuring full traceability.
  • Prioritise requirements and seek necessary approvals.
  • Manage change requests, assessing impacts on scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with development/testing teams to ensure requirements are met and solutions are fit-for-purpose.
  • Support training and adoption activities, ensuring smooth transitions for stakeholders.

Solution Evaluation

  • Conduct feasibility studies for solution options, considering limitations and risks.
  • Assess delivered solutions against expectations, identifying enhancements if required.
  • Recommend and obtain approval for future-state solutions that maximise business value.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Lead or support initiatives in Healthhub plus, including requirements gathering, solution evaluation, implementation, and post-implementation review.
  • Coordinate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of remote monitoring solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements in all Telehealth-related projects.

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in IT or other relevant fields
  • Minimum 8 years of business analyst experience in Tech
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, MS SharePoint Workflow Automation, familiar with methods and tools for annual work planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of Tableau will be advantageous
  • Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a go-getter attitude
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to cultivate relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Effective information collation, meeting facilitation, one-on-one interactions/ observations and good documentations
