Assistant Manager - Business Analyst (Cluster Office)

Position Overview

Supports digital healthcare projects and system operations by driving minor projects and enhancements, gathering requirements, overseeing testing, and ensuring timely delivery. Manages KTLO activities, monitors vendor performance, and ensures system stability and compliance. Coordinates cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve project and operational goals. 

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and scope changes.
• Oversee vendor performance, monitor SLAs, and manage KTLO (Keep The Lights On) operations.
• Assist in planning business analysis approach, including methods, tools, and governance deliverables.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather, document, and manage system and data requirements.
• Support feasibility studies, business case development, and solution design proposals.
• Maintain requirements traceability and collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Coordinate system integration and user acceptance testing, validate results, and support user training.
• Assist with system upgrades, patching, performance optimization, and documentation.
• Coordinate incident management with vendors, escalate issues, and support root cause analysis.
• Ensure system security compliance, manage user access, and uphold organizational policies.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of relevant hands-on experience in project management.
• Successful track record in project management, user and vendor management and as a Project Manager for mid scale projects.
• Possess good verbal and written communication, analytical and conflict resolution skills as well as an effective team player.
• Excellent customer service mindset, able to motivate, lead a team and work with multiple functional teams
• Experience in healthcare industry or public sector IT programmes and projects is an added advantage.
