Position Overview

Assistant Lead Analyst to take on major complex configurations and provide constructive input based on strong understanding of Epic methodology for large scale project implementation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • He/She is part of a team that is responsible for the implementation and operations for design, configuration / build, testing, debugging and implementing Epic modules; Ambulatory, MyChart, and other specified Epic functionalities in based on the project requirements.
  • He/She mentors, coaches, coordinates as well as provides technical knowledge to the junior staff. He/She is responsible to call out critical cross integration / modules areas and provide solutions. He/She will be responsible for complex build and advance issues in the modules. 
  • He/She applies critical and analytical thinking toward developing optimal application solutions. A strong leader who is decisive, able to engage, influence and communicate ideas persuasively to others.
  • Expert view contribution to the development of Epic Ambulatory functional strategy.
  • Assist senior leaders in understanding Epic's integration areas.
  • Support the evaluation and impact assessment of queries in the context of Ambulatory functionalities. 
  • Support the integration / interface build in context to Ambulatory, and MyChart modules.
  • Ensure build configuration meets the decision established in adoption sessions and project requirements.
  • Review application build to identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide recommendations to improve complex logic build.
  • Maintain  applications (Ambulatory, MyChart)
  • Support in the planning and scheduling of operational activities related to applications’ maintenance
  • Manage applications’ functionality to ensure a twenty-four hour, seven days a week environment
  • Provide inputs to solve unique and highly complex problems 

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor Degree
  • Have completed at least 2 project lifecycles, and has shown involvement from project implementation stage, to go live and after go live support. 
  • Epic Certification with latest NVT completed for one or more of the following: EpicCare Ambulatory, MyChart
