Position Overview

You will be part of a dynamic team that supports the Director (Strategy & Policy), working closely with the organisation’s senior management, as well as external stakeholders. You will be involved in shaping the organisation’s overall corporate strategy and policy, executing key strategic initiatives, and tracking corporate performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Corporate Performance Balanced Scorecard process, including the development of Key Performance indicators (KPIs), as well as tracking, analysis, and reporting of KPI results
  • Manage and drive the implementation of corporate initiatives, ensuring they are on track and achieving the desired outcomes
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify, establish and align strategic objectives and priorities across the organisation
  • Work closely with various business units and senior stakeholders on Work Planning activities, including the development of Corporate Work Plan Presentation to Board of Directors and MOH, as well as monitoring and communicating the progress and impact of department Work Plans to senior management.
  • Organise and manage key leadership and stakeholders’ forums (both internal and external) such as Senior Leadership Meetings, Executive Committee (EXCO) Meetings, Management Retreats, Town Halls, etc.
  • Support CEO, Deputy Chief Executives and Assistant Chief Executives in other priority work initiatives, as required, including staffing for key management forums
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned 

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate/strategic planning work and performance scorecard management for large organisations, preferably with some domain knowledge of technology, healthcare or both
  • High proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual abilities to translate information into concepts, policies, frameworks, etc., taking into consideration the dynamic healthcare landscape/environment
  • Driven, adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage complexities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of being able to work and relate well with stakeholders, either within a team, or independently
  • Project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders of all levels
  • Meticulous and work well under pressure
