Position Overview
Role reports to the SingHealth Group Chief Information Security Officer (GCISO) and will be key member of the CISO Office responsible for supporting cybersecurity governance of SingHealth’s IT systems and digital assets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive cybersecurity culture and awareness program through conducting and supporting the SingHealth cybersecurity awareness program, providing management updates on effectiveness of cybersecurity awareness program by measuring and reporting key metrics.
- Support optimization of cybersecurity system performance such as assisting in piloting of new cybersecurity tools, proposing improvements to IT operational processes, procedure manuals and documentation and etc.
- Support CISO office in managing various stakeholders (business owners, IT, MD and OT) to implement IT security policies, standards and best practices for healthcare IT and medical device systems.
- Support CISO office to track and manage compliance and regulatory related assessments of healthcare IT, Medical Devices and Operational Technology systems is conducted in accordance with policy requirements, such as educating users on cybersecurity policies, standards and practices, monitoring of third party compliance with organizational cybersecurity policies, monitoring of users’ adherence to cybersecurity policies and etc.
- Prepare publications and communications to raise awareness of IT security and privacy compliance requirements, standards and best practices, amongst the healthcare service providers.
- Perform and support secretariat duties at various management forums
- Support PMO initiatives such as internal process reviews, roadshows
- Establish and implement standards and guidelines on project management practices, costing etc.
- Initiate & implement process improvements to aid demand and delivery fulfilment, marksmanship & performance dashboard
Requirements
- Degree holder with 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
- Diploma holder with more than 10 years of relevant working experience
- Programme management experience, preferably in managing programmes in a large sized organization operating in a highly complex environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, MS SharePoint Workflow Automation, familiar with methods and tools for annual work planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of Tableau, JavaScript, SAP will be advantageous
- Good analytical and creative problem solving skills with a go-getter attitude
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to cultivate relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or ability to obtain in 6 months)
- Effective information collation, meeting facilitation, one-on-one interactions/ observations and good documentations
- Prior experience in supporting initiatives, projects or programs in the technology domain relating to cybersecurity, compliance and assurance
