Position Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the team in all CIO Office matters including project, change requests, user requests, approval meetings, ad hoc assignments, issue tracking and documentation
  • Gather user requirement and conduct analysis to understand business, project, system or process needs / issues
  • Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems
  • Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport
  • Support IT Business Continuity Management processes, documentation and activities
  • Support the Financial budgeting and workplan gathering, analysis and tracking
  • Support SHHQ Cybersecurity activities including tracking statuses, conducting remedial sessions for repeat offenders
  • Manage EUP requests from users, including Zoom account management for new accounts, renewal, transfer or termination
  • Submission of change request for quarter refresh of screensavers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree
  • At least four years of experience in supporting large organizations in operational and administrative matters
  • Self-motivated, driven, a good team player with strong ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong in process and business workflow
  • Good ability to canvass ideas and influence stakeholders
  • Result and customer oriented
  • Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
