Position Overview

AgeWell SG programme is a national programme to focus on successful aging in the community. This programme shall require community-based care sectoral digital transformation to uplift digital, data and cyber security capabilities within the community-based care sector in order to enable better care coordination amongst service providers and between providers and AIC/MOH.

 

Role & Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks to support HSG/ASG Programme Management office (PMO)

  • scheduling of meetings
  • broadcasting of meeting agenda
  • Collation of presentation material for timely dissemination before the meeting
  • Help to support the PMO secretariat team during the meeting

 

Management of Project Charter and Project Deliverables schedule

  • Create Project Charter and validate the Project that is setup in SAP for the purpose of project execution, fund utilization and monitoring
  • Provide user support and guidance on Project Charter, resource assignment and timesheet related queries
  • Collate and report project deliverables timelines on a monthly basis during programme steering committee in a timely manner

 

 Management of Project Utilization Report

  • Work closely with Project manager to report status of their project budget utilization
  • Support Finance to resolve project charter discrepancy issues identified in their report and follow up promptly with Project manager on a periodic basis. (usually quarterly)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder with 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Words, Excel and Powerpoint and SharePoint
  • SAP & Tableau User Knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Experience in managing more than 1 projects and programme at the same time
  • Experience in secretariat work including taking of minutes
  • Process orientated and meticulous
  • Effective information-gathering through meeting facilitation and one-on-one
  • Experience in documenting work process, SOP, training slides etc
  • Hands on and creative problem-solving skills
  • Active listening skills, professional written and verbal communication skills
