Position Overview

As a project manager to conduct annual risk assessment exercise, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing for Critical Information Infrastructure (CII), the candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation and timely delivery of the above projects.

Candidate to perform JWC secretariat role for the monthly Joint Working Committee (JWC) meetings, including coordinate and organize meeting agenda, write meeting minutes and follow up with action owner on outstanding matter.

Candidate to perform daily PMO activities, include liaising with MOH and key stakeholders, and JWC PMO operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Project management including project planning, procurement, design, deploy and testing of the security related exercises and services;
  • Monitoring the project progress throughout the project life cycle;
  • Managing the project’s budget;
  • Setup project working committee, coordinating multi-facets of project such as people resource, project materials, timelines, interdependencies;
  • Assist in the procurement, administration and logistic support to meet project requirements;
  • Coordinating cross-projects activities, scope, deliverables and timelines;
  • Managing stakeholders’ communications;
  • Exercise change management, track project risks and issues, and manage and control timelines;
  • Managing project risks and issues, and taking corrective measurements;
  • Review and verify project deliverables; and
  • Managing project documentations such as minutes, agenda, presentations, artefacts, etc.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related disciplines
  • IT Project Management eg PMP or CITPM certification
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling of project management and good knowledge project methodology and techniques;
  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skill and work positively with wide range of individuals involved in projects;
  • Strong vendor management skills;
  • Good knowledge and experience in budgeting and resource allocation procedures;
  • Good IT knowledge, including MS Office;
  • Good knowledge of risk management, security policy and security services will be an added advantage;
  • Good verbal and written communications skills (experience of speaking in front of executives and senior management will be an added advantage);
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills; and
  • Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.
