Position Overview
The Partner Engagement Manager is required to establish long-term sustainable relationships with IT partners that would be able to support Active Ageing Centres (AAC) in their multi-year MOH Age Well SG (ASG) journey. ASG programme will regulate all AACs to adopt a whitelisted ASG-compatible IT system that best suits their needs and comply with the new service model requirements. Partner Engagement Manager will engage, track, and report the IT partners' system uplifting progress in meeting all the prevailing mandatory requirements.
ASG is a national programme led by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to support seniors to age well in their homes and their communities. As part of the ASG programme, the new AAC service model will requires AACs to automate and integrate their processes with the MOH's national IT systems for more seamless care delivery and effective data sharing via the adoption of a qualified ASG-compatible IT system.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate and facilitate for MOH Age Well SG (ASG) programme and plan on the strategic for partner engagement
- Develop and drive the implementation approach for IT system qualification framework
- Serve as a single point of contact for IT vendor management, eg enrol vendors, provide guidance on ASG matters, addressing queries, manage disputes
- Conduct landscape survey, assessment, and profiling to understand the IT readiness to support ASG initiatives
- Conduct workshops and various engagement sessions with IT vendors to create awareness, as well as to communicate on IT system qualification process, update latest information on requirements or policy changes, and release of IT specifications
- Conduct regular tracking of IT system enhancement progress and readiness to meet ASG requirements
- Provide regular reporting and initiatives updates to various stakeholders and identified forums
- Developing, maintaining and extending the positive relationship with a network of key stakeholders to work closely for appropriate planning to achieve success towards end goal
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or equivalent
- At least 6 years experience in IT Vendors/Accounts management with proven track records
- Able to prepare presentation decks consisting of numbers data and present to senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated, driven, resilient, a good team player
- Able to work under a fast-paced environment and with strong ability to multi-task
- Good written and spoken communications, communicates effectively with all levels of management, partners and in team
- Great interpersonal skills to establish good relationship with stakeholders
