Assistant Manager - Policy Operations (NEHR)

Position Overview

This national healthcare programme consolidates and provides patient health data to serve national health needs and supports healthcare professionals to serve their patients better. The programme is part of a national healthcare ecosystem and supports the digitization and connection with other national healthcare programmes.

We are seeking for a meticulous and strategic policy operationalisation analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating policy framework into actionable and effective operational processes. This role is critical in ensuring national polices are implemented efficiently and effectively, supporting the overall goals and compliance requirements.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and support detailed plans for the operationalisation of national policies
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of policies into delivery and operations
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure effective communication between team members.
• Guide and support team in resolving stakeholder's escalations and make sound trade-off decisions without compromising quality and project objectives
• Manage and escalate key issues to the senior management or stakeholders for immediate attention

Requirements

• Minimum 8 - 10 years’ experience in developing and implementing large scale IT systems with at least 3 years in leadership role
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to do presentation and able to articulate clearly to target audience
• Strong interpersonal skills. Able to work with different groups of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous in status tracking and confident in reporting statuses
• Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause analysis skills
• Quick learner who is able to cope in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in IT healthcare would be an added advantage
