Position Overview

The main role of this Process Automation Engineer is to

build, design, develop and implement RPA systems
make use of various RPA tools and technologies such as UiPath, to setup and analyze automated processes. The tools would be used by the RPA engineer to analyze the processes and assess if the targeted processes can be automated.
will also be able to contribute to the development of an IT Enterprise System and support in the development program of inculcating a culture of process excellence within MOHH.

Understand the key processes through close engagement with various departments/divisions towards a new way of working for greater operational efficiency and effectiveness;
Follow through with the implementation of enhancements to existing processes, or the development of new ones. This would include translating existing / new user needs into business requirements for operationalisation of new processes in an Enterprise System. In addition, this would also include implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption of new ways of working;
Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization
Scripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues
Reviewing the code and the design and providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems
Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools
Maintaining of existing use cases (which has been automated)
Documenting the automation procedures
Providing support in the development program of inculcating a culture of process excellence within MOHH
Responsible for tracking and monitoring deliverables (e.g. Productivity Gain) from the list of MOHH transformation initiatives and providing regular reports to MOHH Senior Management
