Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform to support the organization's IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM) functions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational requirements and ensure optimal performance.
  • Administer user access, roles, and permissions within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, SPM, IRM, and ITAM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end-users.
  • Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and data integrity checks.
  • Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure successful platform integrations and upgrades.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to ServiceNow configurations and procedures.
  • Stay informed about ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices.
     

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as a ServiceNow Platform Administrator.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and experience in ITSM module administration.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including SPM, IRM, and ITAM, is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
