Position Overview
NGEMR is a mission critical healthcare critical information infrastructure (CII) system that will touch every aspect of the Singapore healthcare system including care management and delivery, medical education, research, population management, collaboration among healthcare professionals, and patient empowerment and participation.
The first phase of the NGEMR programme is to develop a common EMR system for institutions under NHG and NUHS) to move onto a single EMR.
Role & Responsibilities
- Overall manage the NGEMR resource list, track and coordinate HCM Business Partners and ensure list updated at all times.
- Support in yearly department Resource Council, Budgeting and Workplan exercise for manpower related.
- Work with hiring manager on the resource needs and liase with TA/Augment partners for the requirement.
- Point of contact to Augment partners on CVs provided and disseminate to department hiring manager.
- Monitor and track expiry of augment resource and work with hiring manager on renewal.
- Maintain department organisation chart.
- Assign mandays for to new hires.
- Support PMO task and activities.
- Facilitate meetings and prepare notes of meeting when required.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 10 years of relevant working experience,
- Good written and verbal communication,
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in other Microsoft Office Tools, Sharepoint, MS Teams, ITBM,
- Hands on and creative problem-solving skills,
- Experience in meeting facilitation and prepare notes of meetings,
- Effective information gathering and prepare presentation materials,
