Position Overview

As an Analyst within the Digital Platforms and Automation Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Manager in driving digital transformation and automation initiatives within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide analysis, insights and support in the implementation and management of digital platforms and automation solutions, as well as ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of automation-enabled applications. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct data analysis, generate reports, and assist in the successful delivery of hyperautomation services.

The Analyst in the Digital Platforms and Automation plays a critical role in contributing to data analysis, reporting, process mapping and solution implementation to optimize operations and support the successful delivery of hyperautomation services.

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Support planning, implementation and management of digital platforms and automation initiatives. 
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including COE members) to gather business requirements for digital platforms and automation solutions. 
  3. Conduct data analysis, identify trends, and generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes. 
  4. Assist in evaluation, selection, and implementation of digital platforms and automation tools. 
  5. Contribute to the design and configuration of digital platforms and automation solutions, working closely with IT Teams. 
  6. Assist in process mapping, documentation, and optimization efforts to streamline operations and identify automation opportunities. 
  7. Provide application support for automation-enabled applications, addressing user issues, troubleshooting, etc. 
  8. Support the development and delivery of training materials and user documentation for digital platforms and automation solutions, includes  participation in training and knowledge-sharing activities to upskill COE members. 
  9. Assist in managing relationships with vendors and third-party providers, coordinating activities and ensuring effective delivery of services. 
  10. Stay updated on emerging trends, industry standards, and best practices in digital platforms and automation, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance COE processes.

Requirements

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data, identify trends and generate meaningful insights. 

  • Familiarity with digital platforms and automation technologies, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-tasks. 

  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and quality in analysis and reporting.
