Assoc Business Analyst - PaaS (Cluster CIO Office)

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Platform team supporting Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) initiatives across cloud, workflow platforms, and emerging technologies.

This is a hands-on role that combines platform operations, light development work, and stakeholder coordination. The role is designed to grow over time, with exposure to automation engineering and small IT project ownership.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on provisioning and configuration of AWS resources for internal projects
• Support day-to-day platform operations, troubleshooting, and basic cost and access management
• Assist in maintaining platform standards, documentation, and runbooks
• Build and maintain forms, workflows, and approvals using ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform
• Translate user requirements into simple, maintainable workflow logic
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live enhancements
• Support automation, scripting, and system integration work as part of platform delivery
• Work with existing scripts or code (e.g. Python, JavaScript) to enable workflows and integrations
• Assist in debugging and improving platform components where code is involved
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
• Track requests, follow up on actions, and support delivery timelines
• Prepare basic documentation, diagrams, and status updates
• Support initiatives involving shared or cluster-managed systems, robotics middleware, or digital-twin-related platforms
• Assist in system setup, configuration, testing, and documentation

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Basic understanding of cloud computing and interest in automation and workflow platforms
• Comfortable working hands-on across systems, tools, and low-code platforms with gradually raw programming picking up
• Willingness to learn scripting or coding as part of platform work
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Great concept and value proposition of project level planning, scheduling, coordinating and driving towards the outcomes
