Associate Business Analyst - POCT (Cluster Office)

Position Overview

1.       To be the focal point of contact for support of laboratory equipment IT issues.

2.       To assist laboratory users and Institution Business Analyst in rolling out IT projects relating to laboratory equipment that requires IT interfaces.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support Laboratory IT Operations for Point-of-Care-Testing (POCT) equipment.
  • First and second level support
  • Engaging the relevant support teams for second or third level support
• IT Project Support for Point-of-Care-Testing (POCT) equipment.
  • Coordinate implementation schedules of IT projects with various stakeholders.
• Review and support IT connectivity requests for laboratory equipment.
• Assist Business Analysts in the review of IT work plans.

Requirements

1. Degree or Diploma Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.

2. Knowledge in Biomedical Equipment and experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
