Associate Business Analyst - RPA (Corporate IT)

Position Overview

The main role of this RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Engineer is to build, design, develop and implement RPA solutions. You shall make use of various RPA tools and technologies such as UiPath, Power Automate, VBA, to develop automation solutions. The RPA engineer will analyze the processes and assess if the targeted processes can be automated. In addition, knowledge of and experience in business process re-engineering (including the application of tools from Lean Six Sigma) would be an added advantage.

Role & Responsibilities

• Designing automation processes as per the operational needs
• Scripting using RPA tools (i.e., UiPath, Power Automate, VBA) to develop automation solutions
• Reviewing the code and the design and providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems
• Maintaining of existing use cases (which has been automated) 
• Documenting the automation procedures

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in technical implementation of RPA such as UiPath, Power Automate and VBA
• Strong understanding of RPA solutions and fundamentals
• Able to perform feasibility impact assessment and effort estimation for new requests
• Knowledge of and experience in business process re-engineering (including the application of tools from Lean Six Sigma) would be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and a good team player
