Associate Software Developer - Reactjs (Tech Mgmt)

Position Overview

The software engineer is responsible for developing, testing and delivering MSO internal software tools and automation scripts to defined operations requirement

Role & Responsibilities

1.       Develop, test and implement software tools and automation scripts.

2.       Analyse and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

3.       Documenting functional and programming specifications accurately in projects.

4.       Recommend process improvements to ensure system scalability and reliability.

5.       Involve in DevOps process to automate application deployments and post deployment/maintenance verification

Requirements

1.       Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline.

2.       Minimum 2 years of Application Development and Support experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3.       Strong Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs.

4.       Cross-platform experience and the expertise to identify and resolve integration issues.

5.       Understanding of the CI/CD practice

6.       Ability to work well with others in a team.

7.       Experience in web technologies and backend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, Node.js, Typescript, React JS, REDUX, C#, ASP.NET, RESTful API, Git, GitHub or Azure DevOps.

8.       Experience in MS SQL Database. Distributed DB e.g. CockroachDB a plus.
