Business Analyst - Business System (CIO Office)

Position Overview

You will be responsible for managing the Business Requirements and Functional Solution aspects of developing an enterprise solution for an IT Project and support the IT needs in Atlas Care.

You will also help to advise the organisation on the key ICT trends and best practices locally and internationally to meet the vertical business domain’s objectives. Assess applicability for adoption, manage user requirements, and provide IT solutions to bridge business needs.

Role & Responsibilities

• Involved in Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring.
• Analyze stakeholders’ needs, define the problem scope, and develop a business case to address the issue.
• Assess the current state, analyze stakeholders’ stated requirements, and accurately define business needs within the specified scope.
• Uncover and capture requirements as user stories in a master story list.
• Build narratives and acceptance criteria for the highest priority stories in upcoming iterations or sprints.
• Validate acceptance tests to ensure requirements are met.
• Progressively obtain sign-off on completed stories from users.
• Provide continual feedback to the development team throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or application support roles.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how technology supports operational goals.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in writing functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation.
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience working with vendors and managing stakeholders is desirable.
