Role & Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for the planning, management and successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA on RISE
- Manage entire project delivery with support from System Integrator
- Ensure and maintain the partnership with the SI to ensure that the project outcomes are delivered as planned
- Take proactive action to monitor overall project plan and progress, manage project costs, risks and issues
- Conduct and Lead Steering & Working Committee Meetings, communicates project progress with key stakeholders at C level and Director level
- Facilitate technical workgroups discussion with Infra/Basis team, Enterprise architects and Security; functional workgroup discussions with functional leads & business process owners
- Ensure project delivery in accordance with project management methodology and stay compliant to policies & procedures
- Ensure sufficient resources are allocated at different phases of the project to achieve the planned outcomes i.e. achieve project milestones timely, able to meet exit & entry criteria of each project phase
- Reflect past project experiences in the form of lessons learnt and best practice methodologies for the S/4HANA implementation
- Support the business change management process with the Change Network
Requirements
Professional Experience
- At least 15-20 years of relevant IT project experiences with implementation involvement in at least 8-10 project cycles
- At least 8+ years in management and project management roles, with leading large scale SAP ERP projects in medium to large organisations.
- Hands on experience in seeking funding, IT system procurement, project implementation, system integration, system operations and vendor management in medium-scale to large-scale projects
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to manage multiple stakeholders including users, CFOs, senior management, IT teams, project teams, vendors, MOH, MOHH etc
- Strong problem solving and decision making
- Excellent analytical skills with “big picture” mindset and attention to relevant details

- Ability to manage stress and workload effectively

Technical Skills
- Deep understanding in SAP S/4HANA, RISE, Business Technology Platform, Joule, and the broader SAP Business Suite, including technical architectures
- Operational and Implementation experiences in financial systems such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, PS, QM and SAP S/4Hana
- Have a broad understanding of financial & supply chain business processes like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, Payroll, Fixed Asset; Treasury Management, Material Management, Procure to Pay Processes, Project Systems, Quality Management.
- Strong knowledge in financials product other than SAP is advantageous
- Strong technical knowledge of project management methodologies, with a focus on Clean Core.
- Sound understanding and hands on experience in all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Project management certification is a plus
