Deputy Director - SAP S4HANA (ERP Project Delivery)

Position Overview

As part of the ERP Project Delivery team, you are expected to lead the ERP Finance & MM team by managing the implementation of key Healthcare Technology projects that are handled by the Finance, Material Management and Sales & Distribution.

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and manage SAP programme to achieve department / project objectives.
• Direct / Coach / Mentor Teams to better understand business requirements and acquire capabilities to review and critique vendors’ design and solutioning efforts independently
• Review and endorse proposed application implementation strategies.
• Ensure that Program projects adhere to established program / project governance principles and conform to approved technology standards.
• Vendor Management - Manage overall vendor relationships, resolve high impact conflicts and negotiations.
• Ensure that the team achieve targeted resource and budget utilisation.
• Establish Program performance tracking so that the teams achieve Program / Department project delivery objectives.
• Encourage solid user management, quality improvement and change management projects to ensure high user satisfaction.
• Oversee the establishment of frameworks / training programs to supervise, coach and mentor staff so that staff performance and team capabilities are enhanced and strengthened.
• Manage and develop staff competencies to ensure a high performing team that can facilitate care transformation and innovation through information technology.
• As Project Director, to lead all engagements and communications with key stakeholders such as the Group CFOs, Group CIOs, CEOs etc across all public entities (MOHH, SingHealth, NHG, NUHS, all agencies)
• Lead process harmonization workshops and develop Key Data Structures needed for S/4HANA
• Manage Project Timeline across more than 50 company codes.
• Project Budget, Manage Open RFP process from ATP, RFP preparation, evaluation and finally ATA.
• Run the entire project governance from project steering committees, project working committees all the way to workgroups/focus groups.
• Manage a team of functional analysts to run project implementation from requirement gathering till post production support
• Manage the department's FI and/or MM and/or SD function/domain budget to ensure full cost recovery.
• Manage the project capital and operating budgets to ensure compliance to project utilisation.

Requirements

• SAP Certified in S/4HANA.
• Experienced in leading and implementing end-to-end SAP projects/programs including SAP Modules such as SAP FI / MM / SD. 
• Experienced in RISE application to SAP
• Possess sound business and integration knowledge of processes in financial and manufacturing/logistic, order to cash processes, etc
• Able to analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, harmonise and implement strategic solutions. 
• Other skills: project management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Engagement
