Central Infra Services L3 Support is specifically designed to provide comprehensive support for the infrastructure of Central Services, including Cybersecurity-As-A-Service (CSM). This support structure serves as the primary contact point for addressing technical issues related to 18 distinct CSM offerings.

 

  • Standardized process that emphasizes the efficient handling of all tickets raised, along with a clear escalation path to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with the designated Synapxe Focal for each service tower to enhance our operational efficiency and expedite responses to problem tickets. This collaboration involves reviewing problems and directing them to the appropriate mailbox for L3 Support to follow up on.
  • Perform daily health checks on the majority of the 18 CSM services, ensuring that servers are operating efficiently and reliably, thereby supporting the overall business needs.
  • Handle both incident management and service requests for all 18 CSM products, ensuring a seamless support experience for our users.

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing Higher Nitec in Cyber & Network Security or related discipline
  • Basic knowledge and experience in End User Computing, Server, Network and Security                                        
  • Experience in supporting Windows, Linux, Vulnerability scanning tools, Switch, Router, Firewall, NAC, VPN.                                        
  • Network Support - in the areas of wireless, wired, VPN                                        
  • Patch Management for Security products (Firewall, VA scanning tool, SEP, ATP)                                        
  • Endpoint Protection (Symantec, McAfee, TrendMicro)                                     
  • Knowledge and/or Experience in Sharepoint administration                                        
  • Data Loss Protection and Vulnerability Assessment                                        
  • Security certification (CISSP, CEH, ITIL)                                        
  • ITIL Foundation certified (strong in Incident Management and Problem Management)                                        
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude with an inquisitive mind
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to reimagine the future of HealthTech
