The project involves the consolidation of middleware systems to enhance integration and operational efficiency across various platforms. 

 

The intern will play a crucial role in overseeing project progress by:


Work Scope 1

  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions align with business objectives and meet functional requirements.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of integration points to identify potential cyber risk gaps and areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback to the development team.
  • Ensuring that all solutions adhere to established security standards and compliance regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Actively participating in go-live planning, which includes coordinating with various teams to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Monitoring post-go-live activities to address any issues that may arise, ensuring that the system operates as intended and meets user expectations.
  • Documenting lessons learned and best practices to inform future projects and improve overall project management processes.

 

Work Scope 2

  • Assist end users with IT-related issues by providing troubleshooting support for network or system-related errors. This includes identifying the root cause of issues and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Support routine maintenance scheduling by planning and overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to users, and addressing any issues that may arise during these processes.
  • Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets, prioritizing issues based on urgency and impact. Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary and document all issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining relevant system documentation, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accessible. This includes managing inventory of IT assets and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing Higher Nitec in IT Systems and Networks, Cyber & Network Security or related discipline

  • Proactive, forms relationship and communicate with other effectively

  • Experience in networking is a plus

  • Eagerness to learn and develop skill

  • Positive attitude with an inquisitive mind

  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to reimagine the future of HealthTech
