Position Overview
The Lead Analyst will be involved in project management and business analysis activities for Telehealth programme and HealthHub+ project. The candidate will also drive the successful and timely completion of projects.
From a project management perspective, the candidate will coordinate and lead cross functional team meetings, managed timelines, budget, and maintain clear communication channels between parties involved. The candidate will also monitor progress against milestone and implement risk mitigation strategies when challenges arise.
The role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skillsets, and interpersonal skills to navigate complex organization dynamics and drive successful project milestones.
Role & Responsibilities
Project Management & Plan
- Develop, manage and monitor the project plan including detailed activities, resource planning, cost estimation per project
- Work with stakeholders to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables
- Review project plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects
- Procure project requirements such as workforce, required information, various agreements and material or technology needed
- Guide team to deliver plans aligned to overall project objectives
- Set expectations for periodic and milestone reviews including status reports, project risk identification and other dashboards
Project Implementation
- Drive project to meet schedules, budget, manpower and technical quality targets
- Drive project discipline to document scope changes, issues and risks that affect implementation
- Work with MOH/Clusters/Entities users, technical staff and management to determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation
- Conduct regular project reviews to recommend schedule changes, cost or resource adjustments
- Oversee team management including budgets, forecasting, work allocations and staffing
- Develop staff through ongoing coaching, mentoring and career discussions
- Define common goals, direction and accountability among staff
- Drive effective performance management practices within department in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager, with a focus on digital product delivery
- Proven experience in delivering successful digital products using agile scrum delivery methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge in Healthcare domain would be advantages
