Position Overview

A dedicated Lead Analyst role to ensure the Compounding Hub’s end-to-end IT ecosystem is operationally reliable, GMP-compliant, audit-ready, and scalable. You will be responsible for IT Solution Ecosystem Management in Compounding Hub, supporting the full IT infrastructure and solutions required for effective Compounding Hub operations and workflows, managing GMP audit-related responsibilities including change control management, validation documentation, and data integrity compliance to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Role & Responsibilities

  • End-to-end IT ownership: go-live readiness, BAU support model, incident/problem management, vendor coordination
  • Interface monitoring and operational performance management
  • Lifecycle planning: upgrades, patching, validated changes and continuity planning
  • Inventory system enhancements to support Hub workflows and compliance needs
  • Warehouse automation enablement and IT support for logistics execution
  • Change control governance (impact assessments, regression planning, evidence collection)
  • Validation documentation coordination (where applicable) and periodic review readiness
  • Access control governance, audit trail support, backup/restore evidence, DR readiness
  • Support QA in investigations/CAPA where IT systems are involved
  • Lead/coordinate IT workstreams, timelines, dependencies, vendor delivery
  • Run requirements workshops, solution evaluations, IT estimates, and options papers
  • Translate operational needs into scalable IT designs aligned to cybersecurity and architecture standards
  • Develop annual and multi-year budget needs (OPEX/CAPEX), contract/maintenance forecasting
  • Prepare funding approval papers and present investment justification
  • Manage vendor commercials and support procurement decisions

Requirements

  • Relevant Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 8 -10 years of relevant experience in project delivery and maintenance with minimum 3 years in project management.
  • PMP certification and strong knowledge in GMP (Good Manufacturing Process) will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong working experience in Change Management and Continuous Improvement.
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to multi-task.
  • Good to have vendor management and procurement experience.
  • Project integration with networking and security requirements.
  • Strong knowledge in Application, Data Governance and Cloud technologies.
