Position Overview

Digital Platform team provides leading infrastructure and platform capabilities to Singapore’s public healthcare sector.  These capabilities enable our healthcare professionals to focus on transforming care for their patients and the public with digital access to their health records, healthcare transactions as well as empower individuals to take an active role in their health. By leveraging on Digital Platform, the public healthcare sector can also derive additional value through shared services and interconnectivity within the ecosystem.

Under Digital Platform, the teams work on multiple industry-leading digital initiatives and open up possibilities for public healthcare.  This includes a consumer-focused technology backbone and the creation of an API economy that powers millions of transactions every month for multiple leading consumer health apps including HealthHub and OneNUHS. Other Smart Health initiatives include emerging telehealth technologies such as vital signs monitoring on-the-go and remotely, as well as automation of video consultation services leading to improved patient management. Robotic Process Automation (RPA), also managed by the team, frees up healthcare professionals to work on higher value-added tasks by automating repetitive processes.

This role involves the support and handling of the administration of Power Platform and essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, monitoring platform performance, running of reports, and ensuring compliance with internal guardrails and best practices. Plays an important role in delivering high-quality service and support to various levels of internal users. Conducts technical and analytical work in related productivity tools.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall administration of Power Platform (including but not limited to Power Apps and Power Automate)
  • Help guide teams to effective use of Power Platform
  • Propose and run required reports for routine monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with guardrails and other governance policies
  • Understand business difficulties to provide solutions by applying problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends
  • Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Business or related disciplines 
  • Certifications in Power Platform
  • Experience with M365 and cloud technologies will be an advantage
  • Good professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, and cope in a dynamic environment
