Lead Analyst - SFTP & Webservices (eFC/eForms)

Position Overview

As part of the eFC/eForms Project eFC (Electronic Forms/Consent), you streamline healthcare workflows and work closely with stakeholders to analyse business needs, design solutions, and support project implementation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, processes, and operational issues.
• Develop and maintain user requirement and functional specification documents.
• Analyse systems and data processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Prioritise and recommend solutions based on stakeholder needs.
• Design and propose system solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare solution specifications and support change impact analysis.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document test results, defects, and system enhancements.
• Support project implementation, timelines, and stakeholder reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems.
• Extensive working experience in project management, user and vendor management and as a project lead for small to mid-scale projects.
• Possess strong communications skills – written and oral.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
