Manager - BA/PM (Programme.Operations.Digital)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager with BA/PM skills to work with SME domain project managers to gather requirements from clusters and SAF operation users. The role also requires the potential candidate to be able to convert the requirement into user story and work with developers and QA on the delivery of project. 

Role & Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering with operation users from 3 clusters and SAF for self-service appt booking, mobile registration, Video Consultation and visitor registration.
• Creation of user story and working with Scrum Masters, developers and QA in planning out the project according to HealthHub releases.
• Work with QA on end-end testing for test cases.
• Review test cases and ensure it is mapped to user story
• Conduct UAT with clusters and SAF users.
• Work with HealthHub PM and release manager to plan out the releases and ensure proper documentation are in place

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in IT or Computer Science
• Minimum 10-12 years of IT experience as a BA/PM
• Must have experience in hospital outpatient context 
• Good understanding of web responsive and mobile app
• Ability to present and communicate with users efficiently
