Position Overview

Monitor end-to-end project timelines to identify and assess any AIC IT initiatives that may impact ASG deliverables. Align and resolve delivery schedule conflicts between existing AIC IT systems and the AAC 2.0 / ICCP project timelines. 

Role & Responsibilities

Support Age Well SG (ASG) Programme
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the national Age Well SG (ASG) programme led by the Ministry of Health (MOH), aimed at enabling seniors to age well in their homes and communities.

Manage Project Scope for ASG (AAC / ICCP)
Oversee project deliverables under the ASG Active Ageing Centres (AAC) service model and Integrated Community Care Provider (ICCP) initiatives, including but not limited to:

-          Co-develop business requirements with the business team.

-          Support business teams in clarifying queries related to business requirements.

-          Review functional specifications and test cases to ensure all business scenarios—positive and negative—are adequately covered.

-          Ensure system integration requirements are clearly documented and implemented to meet business needs.

-          Review test results to validate that system functionalities align with business requirements.

-          Participate in project and sprint discussions to support the development of system modules.

Support AAC IT / ICCP System Qualification Framework
Work closely with business teams and national programme teams on the AAC IT / ICCP System Qualification Framework to assess and qualify IT systems as ASG-compatible, ensuring they possess the necessary capabilities to support the daily operations of AACs and ICCPs.

Monitor Progress of Qualification Framework & System Compatibility
Track progress of key milestones under the AAC IT / ICCP System Qualification Framework to support the whitelisting of ASG-compatible systems.

Facilitate Cross-Team Discussion and Issue Resolution
Coordinate and participate in cross-functional discussions to resolve ASG AAC/ICCP IT-related issues by providing practical, business-informed insights.

Support Change Management Efforts
Assist in managing change arising from system enhancements for AAC IT / ICCP Systems, including training, communications, and onboarding of Community Care Organisations (CCOs) users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • More than 6 years of relevant working experience with demonstrated knowledge of project management.
  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and facilitation skills, with the ability to synthesise information quickly.
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder engagement skills.
