Manager - Programme Management (ETPO)

Position Overview

The Entity Tech Planning Office - New Facilities (NF) Project Manager's role is to establish and maintain project management standards, processes and best practices to ensure the respective programme in terms of planning the detailed engagement strategy, objectives, policies and funding. You are expected to perform detailed analysis and work with cross functional teams to derive key insights for further planning of work streams to achieve the desired outcomes. You are able to see interconnections, anticipate operational issues across all parts of the programme and develop effective strategies to address them.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and support acute/community help hospitals and IT implementations within deadlines
• Manage project budgets
• Manage and report progress updates to stakeholders such as institution users or key management
• Liaise between building infra and IT teams​​
• Work with various users, multiple project teams, external parties to ensure site and infrastructure readiness for deployment and verification​​
• Manage dependencies between IT projects and building development project
• Manage risk to ensure success of projects

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent with 5 years or more working experience
• Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes/projects
• Effective Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
• Strong domain knowledge of Singapore Public Healthcare is an added advantage
