Position Overview

Synapxe  is currently driving the delivery of several national level projects , one of which is Telehealth . With IT capabilities at the intersection of the different care systems, and well placed to drive virtualization of care in various settings MOH has chosen to scale Telehealth as a key priority. This has added impetus for Synapxe to work with stakeholders for longer term Telehealth vision and plan to support this vision for which we are hiring a highly organised and experienced project manager.

Role & Responsibilities

Develop project plan

  • Develop the integrated project plan including detailed activities, resource planning, cost estimation per project
  • Work with stakeholders to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables
  • Review project plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects
  • Procure project requirements such as workforce, required information, various agreements and material or technology needed
  • Guide team to deliver plans aligned to overall project objectives
  • Set expectations for periodic and milestone reviews including status reports, project risk identification and other dashboards

 

RFP process management

  • Oversee the creation, management, and execution of the RFP process including drafting requirements, managing vendor selection and leading evaluation process

 

Stakeholder communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication of project status , risks, progress and issues


 

Requirements

  • Possess a Degree or higher tertiary qualification in Information Technology
  • More than 5-7 years of relevant working experience and demonstrate an applied knowledge of IT Project Management 
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP is preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skills is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills – articulate in both written and spoken language
  • Excellent internal / external stakeholder engagement skills
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change Strong project resource planning skill is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare industry is added advantage
