Manager - SAP GRC and Compliance (ERP Project Delivery)

Position Overview

Single Point of Contact (SPOC) – Audit & Compliance. The SPOC for Audit and Compliance serves as the department coordinator between internal teams, auditors, and compliance stakeholders. The role ensures that all audit and compliance requirements are met timely, accurately, and in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Implementation and configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP GRC modules, such as Access Control (AC) and Identity and Access Governance (IAG), within various SAP environments including S/4HANA
• Role and access management: Design, build, and maintain SAP user access roles and authorizations, while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices
• Risk and compliance: Perform risk assessments, conduct internal audits, and implement controls like Segregation of Duties (SoD) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Process improvement: Develop and manage GRC workflows, troubleshoot authorization issues, and identify and implement improvements to access control processes
• Incident and change management: Manage major incidents and changes related to SAP Security and GRC, and provide support and technical guidance to end-users

Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in SAP Authorization or Security, with a focus on role design, access controls, and compliance enforcement
• SAP GRC knowledge: Hands-on expertise with SAP GRC solutions like Access Control and Identity and Access Governance
• SAP security fundamentals: Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts, role design, and security frameworks
• Soft skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is often required
