Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Functional & Technical Analyst to provide hands-on development, support and process-improvement expertise for our HR systems. You will work closely with corporate end users, internal stakeholders and external vendors to design, test, deploy and maintain HR solutions that are stable, secure and aligned with industry best practices. The role combines functional requirements analysis, technical configuration/custom development, testing and vendor governance, with a focus on streamlining workflows and fostering a culture of process excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical development support for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM systems.
  • Liaise with Corporate end users to ensure appropriate responsiveness to end user's application issues.
  • Prepare functional, technical and user testing specifications and training manuals.
  • Conduct Code Review, Unit Testing and System Integration testing.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify causes and propose solutions in line with the industry best practices.
  • Manage vendors for the responsibilities outlined in contracts and statement of work.
  • Streamline process workflows using business process re-engineering methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma / Kaizen.
  • Providing support in the development program of inculcating a culture of process excellence within Synapxe

Requirements

  • Degree in Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Required skills - BTP application, CPI, Integration center) SAP HCM (PY) and concur.
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT industry with minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in development and maintenance of SAP SF modules/ SAP HCM.
  • At least 3 years of experience in ABAP Programming on SAP HCM.
  • Minimum 3 SAP projects handling experience in SAP system implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, and build, testing, go-live).
  • Should possess excellent logical & analytical skills with ability to work independently.
  • Hands on in SAP SF, SAP Concur and SAP HCM integration will be preferred.
  • SAP SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Certification will be a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher, with proven experience in business process re-engineering will be preferred.
