Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare annual IT workplan agreement for approval.
- Facilitate ITSC meetings, including compilation and reviewing of presentation slides, and minute-taking.
- Liaise with IT PM on projects, financial, resource planning and reporting.
- Assist in identifying IT strategic needs and projects for the institutions and consolidate into the workplans.
- Support IT project teams to ensure compliance to governances.
- Monitor and report on institutional project statuses.
- Liaise with cluster CIO Office PMO for cluster-wide projects.
- Review and verify project supporting documents.
- Assist with IT audits and asset verification processes.
- Provide support for institutional IT initiatives and projects.
- Review and verify IT related purchase requisitions in Ariba system.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Hold a diploma or degree, preferably with IT or healthcare sector experience.
- Strong in process and business workflow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including X-Lookup, Pivot Table), PowerPoint.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Prior experience in minute-taking or report writing is beneficial.
- Show proactivity, assertiveness, and adaptability.
- Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
