Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual IT workplan agreement for approval.
  • Facilitate ITSC meetings, including compilation and reviewing of presentation slides, and minute-taking.
  • Liaise with IT PM on projects, financial, resource planning and reporting.
  • Assist in identifying IT strategic needs and projects for the institutions and consolidate into the workplans.
  • Support IT project teams to ensure compliance to governances.
  • Monitor and report on institutional project statuses.
  • Liaise with cluster CIO Office PMO for cluster-wide projects.
  • Review and verify project supporting documents.
  • Assist with IT audits and asset verification processes.
  • Provide support for institutional IT initiatives and projects.
  • Review and verify IT related purchase requisitions in Ariba system.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

  • Hold a diploma or degree, preferably with IT or healthcare sector experience.
  • Strong in process and business workflow.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including X-Lookup, Pivot Table), PowerPoint.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in minute-taking or report writing is beneficial.
  • Show proactivity, assertiveness, and adaptability.
  • Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
