The intern will be part of the team that works on Microsoft Dynamic CRM systems to support institutions Call Centre, Feedback Management, Outreach Management. Using integrated, data-driven software solutions that help manage, track, store related information, these systems help to manage clients, patients, relationships, and interactions including appointment, case management escalation, enquiries etc.

 

Intern will be exposed to:

  • Business requirements gathering, develop the business case and documentation

  • Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements

  • Participating in test scripts preparation, system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing

  • Work with user and support team to understand and troubleshoot technical problems, as and when needed

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Diploma in Business Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline

  • Graduating in May 2025

  • Basic understanding of Cybersecurity Fundamentals

  • Familiarity with security principles such as encryption, access control, and network security

  • General knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure

  • Understanding of different operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and their security features

  • Basic programming skills, especially in languages such as Python and JavaScript

  • Ability to write scripts for automating security tasks or analyzing security-related data

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in cybersecurity

  • Ability to leverage ML tools for anomaly detection, threat analysis, or behavior monitoring

  • Understanding of web application security principles

  • Awareness of common web vulnerabilities such as cross-site scripting (XSS), SQL injection, and CSRF

  • Basic understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems

  • Knowledge of VPNs, proxies, and secure communication protocols

  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation for policies, procedures, and training materials

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address security challenges

  • Critical thinking ability to anticipate and respond to potential security risks

  • Familiarity with common cybersecurity tools, such as antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners

  • Hands-on experience with tools used in ethical hacking and penetration testing (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite)

  • Innovative, proactive and a strong team player with an ownership mind-set, and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment

  • Exhibit leadership qualities with verbal and written communications skills

  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
