Robot Process Automation (RPA) is a key tool in easing the workload of our clinicians and staff in National Healthcare Group (NHG). The intern will be actively involved in the end to end development of a RPA project from initial analysis and design to development, testing and deployment. The intern will also contribute to creating an accessible, user-friendly curriculum aimed at training citizen developers in RPA.

Intern will be exposed to:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of how a RPA project lifecycle is
• Develop a deep understanding of how a project lifecycle is from end to end
• Design course materials, interactive assignments and assessments for citizen developers
  • Develop communication skills as citizen developers are non technical and bridging technical and non technical will be a common occurrence in their careers

About you:

• Be pursuing a Diploma in Business Information Systems, Information Technology or related discipline
• Graduating in May 2025
• Experience with UiPath or other automation tools is preferred
• Proactive and willingness to learn
• Possess strong analytical skill and able to work under tight timelines
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Exhibit leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications skills
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech

The intern's work location will be at Ng Teng Fong Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI), 18 Jln Tan Tock Seng, Singapore 308443.
