About the role:

• Support system/business workflow improvement works, translating user/business requirement into design specification, work instruction and process maps.
• Works well in collaboration with business users, internal and external teams to ensure enhancement and bug fixes are implemented successfully.  
• Support the team in defining business requirements, tracking and documentation.
• Conduct user requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new functionality and enhancements.
• Manage and track issues.
• Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing and System Integration Testing based on business workflow and user scenarios, prior to implementation.
• Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements.

About you:

• Be pursuing a Diploma in Business Information Systems, Information Technology or related discipline
• Graduating in May 2026

• He/She is a keen learner, a good communicator and a strong team player. He/she is able to adapt to fast changes and work under pressure.

• Possess business process and analytical skills, able to understand and articulate business problem statement and use cases concisely

• Self-motivated and able to take direction and work resourcefully, quickly, and independently

• Capacity to perform under pressure to handle difficult situations and issues

• Able to see interconnections, anticipate operational issues across all parts of the projects and develop creative strategies to address them.

• Good oral and written communication skills as well as good presentation skills.

• Familiar with project management terminology (e.g. waterfall, agile) and SDLC

• Innovative, creative, proactive and a strong team player

• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
