The intern will be presented with the exciting challenge of innovating and enhancing existing business processes to boost productivity and efficiency within the organization. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, capable of independent thinking, and focused on achieving objectives. A passion for scripting, automation, and design thinking will be considered a valuable asset. Additional beneficial skills include timeline planning and user experience design.

The intern will have the opportunity to learn and understand the end-to-end processes involved in automation within a regulated industry, with a particular focus on security concerns. The primary goal is to save time for healthcare workers, enabling them to achieve more outcomes within the same time frame by analyzing new business processes and developing projects aimed at automating repetitive or manual tasks.

Interaction with healthcare workers across various sectors of the healthcare system will be a key component of this role, with a specific emphasis on finance, human resources, and data management. The candidate will gain exposure to the operations of a real Public Healthcare Institution (PHI) and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the quality of National Healthcare services.

About you:

• Be pursuing a Diploma in Applied AI and Analytics, Information Technology or related discipline
• Graduating in May 2026
• Self-motivated and possesses good degree of analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and adhere to set deadlines
• Innovative, proactive and a multi-tasker with an inquisitive mind
• Experience running own projects, planning own projects or with business operations is a plus
• Good team player with strong communication skills with project teams, stakeholders, senior management, and contractors including both technical and non-technical personnel
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
