The selected intern(s) will assist in the digital marketing efforts of our award-winning application, HealthHub. 

 

Content partnership

  • Assist in content partnership projects such as but not limited to content optimisation for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), social media content collaborations and content migration (as part of HealthHub website revamp).
  • Organise content partnerships' events such as but not limited to training sessions, workshops and other partner engagement activities.
  • Act as a supporting liaison for HealthHub content partners for day-to-day tasks related to digital marketing, content and the Content Management System (CMS).
  • Perform content editing and/or publishing duties to keep health content on HealthHub website updated.
  • Assist the digital marketing team to embark on health literacy study.
  • Work with agency to prepare quarterly content partners' performance reports.

 

Social/digital marketing

  • Assist the digital marketing team to plan and develop social content calendar for HealthHub Telegram and TikTok.
  • Provide support to conceptualise creative storyboards and propose relevant messagings in developing in-house social assets. 
  • Sourcing and coordination of filming logistics, schedules and talents.
  • Liaise with agency on any campaign related works (if any).
  • Assist in Voice-of-Customer (VOC) strategy, tracking Net-Promoter-Score (NPS) survey, setting up of Qualtrics surveys
  • Follow up on SEO recommendations to improve content searchability on HealthHub website
  • Work with agency to prepare monthly reports (VOC, SEO)

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Diploma in Business Studies, Mass Communications or related discipline

  • Graduating in May 2026

  • Experience in using creative & designing tools is a plus

  • Innovative, proactive and a multi-tasker with an inquisitive mind

  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to reimagine the future of HealthTech
