Keeps The Lights On (KTLO) encompasses all routine maintenance, monitoring, and support activities that ensure our operations run smoothly. These activities include System Maintenance, regular updates and patches to ensure that all software and systems are up to date and secure.

 

The selected intern will assist in the following activities:

  • Level 1 Desktop Support: Provide first-line support to end users for desktop-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
  • Windows Patching Monitoring: Monitor the patching process for Windows systems to ensure compliance with security standards and timely updates.
  • Escalating Issues: Identify and escalate issues to the respective support teams when necessary, ensuring that problems are addressed promptly.
  • Assist with EUC Project: Support the End User Computing (EUC) project by contributing to initiatives aimed at improving user experience and system efficiency.

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline

  • Graduating in May 2026

  • Possess positive learning attitude

  • Possess analytical skill and able to work under tight timelines

  • Ability to work well in team with strong communication skills 

  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
