About the role:

As an intern, you will assist your supervisor in various key areas: 

  • Assist in IT project development and implementation
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and training sessions
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Collaborate on documentation and reporting
  • Manage the 365 SharePoint on Knowledge Centre content with latest curated training update and rectification of broken link, error message or invalid link. 
  • Involve in the integration of CoP Site, Knowledge Centre portal and DPT link into OneClick to benefit MSO tea members. Assist in the documentation of content loaded in Knowledge Centre My Course Directory for record and audit purpose.
  • Using AI Tool Maker such as Renderforest and Murf AI to create animated video for learning, development and training purposes. Support digital video creation on Getting to Know Me in Social workplace for employees engagement. 
  • Perform random check on Knowledge Centre 365 portal to ensure all embedded link is working. Create item list in SF LMS for new courses organised by Knowledge Centre. 
  • Manage virtual live events such as monthly MSO New Joiners, Community of Practice (CoP) L.I.T Program and onsite workshop administration, IT setup and preparation. 

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Graduating in May 2026
  • Ability to design 365 SharePoint (e.g. SharePoint online, Microsoft 365, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, SharePoint Framework or Power Automate, formerly known as Microsoft Flow), AI, editing and voice-over tools such as Renderforest, Murf AL, Adobe, Chip Champ or equivalent to produce interactive and animated learning videos.
  • Innovative, proactive and multi-tasker with an inquisitive mind
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
